The author wants to note the following: 

1. Currently Church position regarding Garabandal can be summarized as not worthy of faith or piety because there is no evidence of supernatural source. 

2. Although Garabandal and its messages has NO content that is contrary to Catholic faith, its prophecies implicitly take the risk of deception.

 3. From the point of view of a faithful or catholic christian, Garabandal and its message provides nothing new to his faith, and can be perfectly ignored.

 4. There is no evil in knowing about Garabandal events and prophecies. But care must be taken not to hope too much, failing to link a possible Garabandal deception with one of true faith.

5. However, for those who live far from God, Garabandal will be a curious notice, that wil be saved in memory and if verified, will have a huge impact. That's the reason why the author thinks that, warned the risk, Garabandal is worthy to be announced.
